With two grass speedball courts, excellent staff and only a short drive from Vancouver, The Proving Grounds offers the best speedball experience in the lower mainland!. We offer a safe, fun environment for players of any skill level. There are open practices held on Sundays, and the field is available for private team practices. Please consult the Field Schedule for up an up to date list of events. We will be hosting tournaments and other special events throughout the year, so please check back often.
